The Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plan Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) runs from October 15-December 7. During this time, Medicare recipients can evaluate their current coverage and enroll in a new Medicare Advantage plan for the upcoming year.

We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to those plans we do offer in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov or 1–800–MEDICARE or your local State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options.

The Medicare Helpline represents Medicare Advantage [HMO, PPO, or PFFS] organizations and/or Medicare-approved Part D sponsors that have a Medicare contract. Enrollment depends on the plan’s contract renewal.

Enrollment in the described plan type may be limited to certain times of the year unless you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period.

Call the plan number on the back of your ID card or call Medicare at 1-800-MEDICARE (TTY users call 1-877-486-2048) to file a complaint and provide the agent or broker name if possible.
